PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of a building which is easily rebuilt and changed and has high durability, high fire resistance, and high sound-proofness. SOLUTION: An outermost exterior wall 2 of the building and a floor slab are formed into an integrated concrete structure, or a boundary wall 3 in parallel with the exterior wall 2 and the floor slab 1 are formed into an integrated concrete structure.
