PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building partitioning structure which prevents migration of water and humidity between both spaces 4a, 4b partitioned from each other. SOLUTION: The partitioning structure is provided for a building 2 and formed of a water impermeable partition plate 7. Specifically a thin fitting tool 6 is mounted on a building skeleton fixed section 3 via a waterproof layer 5, and an end 7a of the water impermeable partition plate 7 is fitted into a recess 6a formed in the fitting tool 6 via a sealing layer 8. A water-resistant plate 9 forming a room 4 is mounted on the building skeleton fixed portion 3 via the waterproof layer 5, and a partial or the entire portion of the fitting tool 6 sinks in the range of a thickness T of the water-resistant plate 9. Then a gap between the fitting tool 6 and the building skeleton fixed portion 3 is shielded by the waterproof layer 5, and a gap between both the partitioned spaces 4a, 4b is shielded by the water impermeable partition plate 7, the sealing layer 8, and the waterproof layer 5.
