<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive ceramic green sheet capable of reducing poor lamination in a laminate of photosensitive ceramic green sheets, and improving the reliability of laminated components, and to provide a composite sheet, laminated components, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An ultra-high pressure mercury lamp having illuminance of 30 mW/cm2 is provided as a light source under the condition of 100 mJ. The distance between the photosensitive ceramic green sheet 1 and an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp is 360 cm, and the distance between the photosensitive ceramic green sheet 1 and a photoreceiver is 0.01 cm or smaller, in the photosensitive ceramic green sheet 1 that contains an organic powder and a photosensitive resin.
