<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser drive controlling variations of a high-frequency current fed to a laser diode. <P>SOLUTION: An optical head 19 is so constituted that laser beams from the laser diode 3 of a laser drive 100 are irradiated on an optical disk 11 at a spot by an objective lens 14, and return light reflected by the optical disk 11 is received by an optical detector 16. The laser drive 100 comprises the laser diode 3 containing a cathode terminal and an anode terminal, a high-frequency current generating circuit 2 containing an output terminal outputting a high-frequency current to the anode terminal of the laser diode 3 and a ground terminal, and a connector 4 for electrically connecting the cathode terminal of the laser diode 3 with the ground terminal of the high-frequency current generating circuit 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
