<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize output voltage by feeding back the information about the voltage ripple on the output side of secondary higher harmonic high voltage to the primary side, and controlling the number of clocks to be given to the primary input voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This high-voltage power unit divides the output voltage of a high-voltage converter 108, and compares the divided voltage for inspection with the reference voltage geared to the desired voltage to be applied to capacitive load, and outputs a clock signal or stops the output, according to the difference obtained by the comparison (feedback control). Therefore, the boosting action in an AC generating section 104 is intermitted, consequently this can stabilize the output voltage of a high-voltage converter 108 into desired voltage by on/off control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
