<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation means arrangement managing system for efficiently arranging the transportation means for various loads with different outer shapes. <P>SOLUTION: This transportation means arrangement managing system capable of communicating with a shipper's terminal and a transportation agency's terminal via a network comprises a means 80 for storing transportation load information including at least physical volume information regarding an outer shape, an outer dimension, and a weight of each load as information of the shipper's loads to be transported accessible via the network; means 100a-c, 110a, 110b storing transportation means managing information including at least physical volume information regarding the shape, dimension, and loading ability of a loading part of each transportation means as information of the transportation agency's transportation means accessible via the network; and a means 80 for displaying the physical volume information of both of the load and the transportation means selected for the load to select the transportation means for the loads to be transported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
