<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the operation of an output register (flip-flop) connected with the output buffer of a semiconductor integrated circuit surely. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 100 comprises an output register group 6 connected with an output buffer group 7, an output clock generating circuit 2 generating a plurality of delay clocks of different delay time from a reference clock and outputting a delay clock for driving the output register group 6 selected from the plurality of delay clocks thus generated to the output register group 6, a function circuit 3 executing a specific function in synchronism with the reference clock, and a test circuit 5 for testing the operational state of the output register group 6 by comparing/collating data inputted to the output register group 6 from the function circuit 3 with data outputted from the output register group 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
