<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more efficient gas adsorption method employing a gas adsorption material. <P>SOLUTION: The gas adsorption method comprises the use of the gas adsorption material, where an absorption and desorption isotherm to at least one kind of gases shows a hysteresis loop, to allow a gas in which the absorption and desorption isotherm to the gas adsorption material shows the hysteresis loop to be absorbed by the gas adsorption material.
