PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cascade connection between a plurality of digital mixers of different specification for cascade connection. SOLUTION: An input/output terminal (SLOT) for a normal input/output channel can be assigned to cascade input/output (CASCADE IN/OUT) depending on machine types on the other side of cascade connection. How actually and internally signals are allocated to input/output terminals is displayed as a block diagram in a block diagram display unit 212, to allow a user to understand allocation state at a glance.
