PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing system for calling the setting information of each user relevant to an information reproducing operation by a simple operation, and for executing a reproducing operation corresponding to the setting information. SOLUTION: A server device 1 stores setting information relevant to the reproducing operation of an information signal in audio reproducing equipment 3 by making it correspond to the setting information number in a setting information table 161. When the audio reproducing equipment 3 transmits selection information corresponding to the setting information number according to a user operation, the server device 1 reads and returns the setting information corresponding to the received selection information from the setting information table 161, and the audio reproducing equipment 3 distributes and reproduces the information signal according to the returned setting information. After the end of the reproduction, the audio reproducing equipment 3 transmits the setting information relevant to the previous reproducing operation, and the server device 1 overwrites and stores the received setting information in the setting information table 161 by making it correspond to the setting information number selected according to the selection information previously received from the equipment.
