PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network facsimile system which comes into execution of image reception/transmission by a communication device via a relay server when a communication terminal user is brought into a state of using the communication terminal. SOLUTION: Network facsimile machine 2, 3 are each installed in each room in a hotel. When the machines 2, 3 are brought into a usable state after a customer of each room carries out check-in procedure, setting required for communication is performed between a FAX relay server device 1 and the machines 2, 3 interlockingly to the procedure.
