PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of processing aptitude of a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet capable of determining the processing aptitude of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, even if a processing test of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is not actually performed in a pressure sensitive adhesive label manufacturing line. SOLUTION: An exfoliation sheet 4 is exfoliated from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 1 formed by laminating a base material 2, a pressure sensitive adhesive 5 and the exfoliation sheet 4 in this order, and the processing aptitude is evaluated from the size of a stingy area 3 of the pressure sensitive adhesive at a sectional exfoliated part of the exfoliated pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 1.
