PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooking device capable of suppressing rise of temperature in a non-heat generation part of a heater on a side with which electrical wire is connected and having high reliability. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped case 51 of a steam temperature raising device 50 has a recessed part 51a in which steam from a steam generator flows from steam supply ports 95A, 95B, 95C provided on a first side wall 91 and which has a plane shape being substantially line-symmetrical for a central line L of flow of steam flowing in from the steam supply ports 95A, 95B, 95C. A first steam heating heater 52 is arranged in the recessed part 51a of the plate-shaped case 51. The plate-shaped case 51 is arranged above a steam blowing-out port of a ceiling panel in a heating chamber by directing an opening of the recessed part 51a downward. A heat radiation fin 56 is wound around a first non-heat generation part 52b and a second non-heat generation part 52c of the first steam heating heater 52 arranged in the recessed part 51a of the plate-shaped case 51. Heat transmitted to the first and second non-heat generation parts 52b, 52c from a first heat generation part 52a-1 and a second heat generation part 52a-2 of the first steam heating heater 52 is radiated by the heat radiation fin 56.
