PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder capable of realizing three kinds of cutting liquid supply systems of cutter through, skimmer through and collet through by one tool holder. SOLUTION: A collet 19 connected to a draw member 29 is slidingly arranged in a holder body 3. The collet 19 has a tool gripping part 21 expandably-contractibly constituted via an expanding slot 25. A cutting liquid passage 43 is arranged in the draw member 29, and is also detachably provided with a cylindrical body 49 having the cutting liquid passage 43 of the draw member 29 and a flow passage 47 communicable with a cutting liquid passage T1 of a tool T installed in the collet 19, and a cap 59 changeable to a state of allowing flowing-out of a cutting liquid from clearance (n) with the tool T installed in the collet 19 and a preventing state.
