<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for an ISP to totally improve usability. <P>SOLUTION: Each computer device realizing the constitution of each individual user is locally connected to a management server, and the computer device is protected from illegal accesses, viruses, etc. by a network apparatus. Since the computer device is connected to a client terminal through a repeater via a secure network, the computer device is arranged on a safe place. A user can use the computer device through the client terminal as if the user himself (or herself) owns a PC. Since the client terminal can be functioned only by minimum constitution, low cost and easy management can be attained. Since the management server stores contents into a shared disk, the contents can be used by the computer device in response to an instruction from the client terminal.
