PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked electronic component wherein a short circuit among internal electrodes can be prevented even in repetitious operation under high voltage, high temperature, and high humidity.

SOLUTION: The stacked electronic component is made by stacking a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of internal electrodes. The dielectric layers have a thickness of 50 μm or above with the variation in thicknesses being 10 μm or less.
