<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally sprayed film which is coated on a hearth roll and nearly completely prevents the build-up to a hearth roll surface. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally sprayed film coated on the hearth roll contains 6 to 30% Mo by mass and consists of the balance Ni and inevitable impurities. Also, the thermally sprayed film contains, in addition to the above components, ≤25% in total one or two or more kinds from among Fe, Co, Nb, and Ta, further ≤3% C, further ≤3% in total Y and Si, and further preferably, ≤30% in total one or two kinds of Cr and Al. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
