<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having good stickiness forsterite film and excellent in both of magnetic flux density and iron loss without using an inhibitor component. <P>SOLUTION: This method for melting a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is performed as the followings, by which a slab produced by using molten steel having the composition composed by mass% of 0.010-0.035 C, 2.0-8.0% Si, 0.005-3.0% Mn and restraining ≤100 ppm Al and ≤50 ppm each of N, S and Se, is hot-rolled to obtain a hot-rolled steel plate, and after applying a cold-rolling at one time or two or more times interposing an intermediate annealing to this steel plate, a recrystallize-annealing is applied in an atmosphere of ≤0.06 of oxygen potential P(H<SB>2</SB>O)/P(H<SB>2</SB>). Successively, after applying a secondary recrystallize-annealing at ≥800°C, a decarburization-annealing is applied and thereafter, the last finish-annealing for forming the forsterite film at ≥1000°C is applied after coating annealing releasing agent mainly containing MgO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
