摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC offset correcting apparatus with a simple configuration for correcting a DC offset generated in a high frequency signal processing section of a communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna switching section 11 and a signal path switching section 41 are used to switch a signal path into a measurement path through which reference signals S62, S68 used to detect a DC offset component are supplied to an RF signal processing section 10. The DC offset component generated in the RF signal processing section 10 is detected on the basis of a measurement signal outputted from the RF signal processing section 10 receiving the reference signals S62, S68 and adjustment signals S60, S64, S66 corresponding to the reference signals S62, S68 and stored in a data storage section 70. The signal path is switched into a main path and adders 62, 64 of an offset cancel section 60 cancel the DC offset component included in a main signal outputted from the RF signal processing section 10 and generated in the RF signal processing section 10 on the basis of data S52, S58 indicating the DC offset component read from the data storage section 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
