摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow velocity measuring instrument capable of removing dust in a fluid to be introduced to a sensor element, and capable of measuring precisely a velocity of the fluid, even in the fluid of a low velocity and even in any attaching direction. <P>SOLUTION: A flow passage is formed to consist of inner spaces 23a, 23b having curved wall faces 22a, 22b, introduction passages 25a, 25b connected from a connection direction of the wall faces 22a, 22b to the inner spaces 23a, 23b in one-ends of the wall faces 22a, 22b, discharge passages 26a, 26b connected from a connection direction of the wall faces 22a, 22b to the inner spaces 23a, 23b in the other ends of the wall faces 22a, 22b, and split flow passage discharge passages 34a, 34b connected to the inner spaces 23a, 23b to be substantially right-angled to a curved direction of the wall faces 22a, 22b, and the sensor element 38 is arranged in the split flow passage discharge passages 34a, 34b or a flow passage connected to the split flow passage discharge passages 34a, 34b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
