<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly notify specific information according to a provision destination of relevant information while bringing together many pieces of information. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic document preparation system comprises a PDF file preparation part 10 for preparing a PDF file of document information, a voice file preparation part 20 which converts two or more pieces of additional information to be added to the document information according to the provision destination of the document information into voice data, and prepares a voice file for each piece of the additional information, and a voice-added electronic document preparation part 30 which embeds a voice file according to the provision destination of a PDF file prepared by the PDF file preparation part 10, from among voice files prepared by the voice file preparation part 20, in the PDF file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
