<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of using concrete waste as a roadbed material, and the roadbed material. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete waste is used as the roadbed material by crushing the concrete waste to particles with a particle size of 40 mm or less, and then mixing blast furnace slag of 3 pts.mass or more into the crushed concrete waste of 100 pts.mass. In the blast furnace slag, particles each having a size of 5 mm or less make up 90 mass% of the entire slag.
