PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that can prevent or remove air traps or blisters without damage to the appearance of the sheet, maintain sufficient adhesive strength and can retain excellent air escape, even when it is exposed to high temperature after applied to an adherend. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes 2 are bored through the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a backing material 11 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 from one face to the other. The diameters of the through-holes 2 are 0.1 to 300μm and the hole density is set to 30 to 50,000/100 cm<SP>2</SP>. The storage elasticity is higher than 4.5×10<SP>3</SP>Pa at the Tmax of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 (at the maximum temperature at which it is exposed after applied to the adherend).
