PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination type air conditioning equipment and its operating method capable of allowing an air conditioner and a refrigeration cycle device to sufficiently exercise their performances while sharing an outdoor machine and an air blower. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning/refrigerating/freezing equipment (combination type air conditioning equipment) 1 comprising a refrigeration cycle device (refrigerating device 3 and freezing device 4) in addition to the air conditioner 2, refrigerant circuits 22, 32 of the refrigeration cycle device are divided into heat exchanging flow channels 22a, 32a where outdoor heat exchangers are mounted, and bypass flow channels 22b, 32b connected to a downstream side of the outdoor heat exchangers of the refrigerant circuits, at an upstream side of the outdoor heat exchangers 25, 35. The heat exchanging flow channels and the bypass flow channels are respectively connected through high-pressure control valves 27, 37, so that the refrigerant supply pressure to a downstream side of the high-pressure control valves can be kept in the refrigerant circuit.
