PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible rigid substrate enhanced in anti-discontinuity or anti-fracture when bent. SOLUTION: This substrate has a curved shape at the edge of the opposite side to the leading direction of a rigid substrate 6 positioned at the leading edge of a flexible layer F, namely, it has a curved shape 7 at the edge of the center in the flexible layer F.
