PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic device which can simply search a combination suitable for matching to a target value from a plurality of combinations, and to provide a fuse combination searching program and the inspecting device of the electronic device. SOLUTION: When a plurality of fuses are cut in a predetermined combination, and the frequency characteristics of an oscillation circuit are matched at a target of 3,500 [kHz]; a method of searching the combination suitable for the matching from a plurality of the combinations aligned in the order of the sizes of the frequency characteristics presumed when obtained by its cutting acquires a central value of the arrangement arranged in order of magnitude. According to the method, the median of the arrangement is acquired; the minimum of the arrangement is acquired if the acquired central value is larger than the target; and the maximum of the arrangement is acquired if the central value is smaller than the target. Frequency characteristics corresponding to the combinations are simulated based on the acquired maximum value or the minimum value and the median. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
