PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration caused by a meshing part of a spur gear and a rack belt of a drive mechanism opening and closing a sun roof (movable panel). SOLUTION: A circumference surface 19 extending in a circumference direction is provided above the spur gear 16. A flat surfaces 20, 21 extending in a longitudinal direction is provided on rack belts 9, 10. The circumference surface 19 and the flat surfaces 20, 21 are always contacted.
