PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor evacuation facility, into which a person runs and by which the body can be protected when the person feels the danger of the body on the outdoor side, and a burglarproof system. SOLUTION: The outdoor evacuation facility is composed of a shed installed on the outdoor side and a burglarproof light lighting the outside of the shed. In the shed, a door with a locking mechanism capable of being locked by an operation from the inside is installed on a front, a roof, sidewalls and the door are composed of an impact-resistive member, and an emergency communication means is mounted on the inside. The burglarproof light is composed of a support and an illuminating lamp, and a photographing means, a broadcasting means and an alarm means are juxtaposed while the burglarproof lamp is connected to the shed through a communication network.
