PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern molding method which is excellent in uneven pattern transfer molding to a concrete surface and color transfer properties to the surface, is excllent in durability over a long period of time to make repainting unnecessary, and can form concrete of a natural tone and a decorative mat used in the method. SOLUTION: In the decorative mat 1, a large number of colored particles 6 are distributed on an uneven pattern transfer surface 4 through an adhesive layer 5 formed by a water soluble urethane resin. The pattern transfer surface 4 of the decorative mat 1 is made a contact surface in relation to the concrete surface, and a concrete material is placed. The adhesive force of the adhesive layer 5 is reduced by the water of the concrete material, and the colored particles 6 are shifted to and embedded under the concrete surface.
