PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure type kneader which achieves improvement of properties of entrapping a kneading material toward a rotor, prevention of staying of a material in the center of a mixing vessel and reduction of spouting of a filler, a possible cause of lowering of productivity and poor dispersion, by devising the shape of the bottom surface of the pressurizing lid arranged in the upper part of the vessel and promotes entrapping of a powder into a kneading material in the bottom of the end portion of the vessel by splitting and dropping a part of the kneading material toward the end portion of the vessel to improve the dispersing properties and dispersion uniformity of the kneading material and stabilize the quality. SOLUTION: The kneader has such a shape of the bottom surface of the pressurizing lid 3 as to hang in a vertical triangular shape along the outer periphery of the rotation paths of the rotor blades 42 and 42 of two parallel rotors 4 and 4, in the center of the rotors 4 and 4 in the direction of the rotor axis. Both ends of rotors 4 and 4 in the direction of the rotor axis are shaved concavely from the surface of the center so that spacings 32 and 32 are formed in the part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
