PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional tool for retaining a shino-bamboo-like members requires fixing the shino-bamboo-like members to make a formation of the members not separately loosen up through the warp being cut during work to cut and shorten a length of a lower part of a bamboo blind and should handle the work in a home not elaborately but easily. SOLUTION: Both folds of a folded object (shino-bamboo-like member holding plate) having about the same size as the palm of an ordinary person and slightly inclining inside of both ends of one direction of a flat plate with a rectangular shape or the like are inserted into a space between the members on the basis of a desired length of the lower part and the members are located between the folds. Fitting the flat plate (shino-bamboo-like member fixing plate) pressing the members from above into a space between the folds allows the members to be fixed to prevent loosening thereof, a lower part to be a new bottom to be easily and securely formed and the bamboo blind with the desired length of the lower part to be completed.
