PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a nursing lifter which always carries out a comfortable and stable hoisting operation to match the attitude of the user before being hoisted without previously registering the position of the user before being hoisted, the height of the wheelchair and the like. SOLUTION: The nursing lifter which hoists up a subject person with a hoisting belt and moves to a plurality of locations has an attitude detector 105 for detecting the attitude of the subject person before being hoisted, a hoisting pattern memory part 106 for storing a plurality of hoisting patterns in the hoisting of the subject person with the hoisting belt and a hoisting pattern selector 107 which selects the hoisting patterns according to the attitude of the subject person before being hoisted.
