PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter kit used for forming a gastrostoma of a living body and capable of carrying out a push method or a pull method under an improved usability while reducing bacterial infection of a gastrostoma forming site of the living body. SOLUTION: A tube 12 for introducing nutrition into a stomach 18 from outside of a body and a tubular sheath 14 covering the tube from outside are inserted into the stomach 18 through the oral cavity 54 of the living body at the same time. The distal end portion 46 of the sheath is broken by the distal end portion 28 of the tube when attempting to move the tube independently forward after the sheath reaches an insertion limit position, and thereafter the tube moves forward to come closer to the gastrostoma forming site. Therefor, the bacteria of the living body is prevented from adhering to the tube by the sheath until the sheath reaches the insertion limit position, consequently the gastrostoma forming site can not be infected by the bacteria even though the tube reaches the gastrostoma forming site and comes into contact with the same.
