PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attaching / detaching work of a hitting handle and grounding work inside the hitting handle. SOLUTION: A ball hitting device 101 of a pinball machine 1 comprises: a handle shaft insertion part 79 formed in a columnar hollow shape at attaching members 3 and 14, for which an engaging part 102 is formed on an inner surface; the hitting handle 15 composed of a cylindrical handle shaft 33 for which an engaging part 104 engageable with the engaging part 102 of the handle shaft insertion part 79 is formed on an outer surface and a grip part 32 provided on the front end part of the handle shaft 33; a hook 34 attached to the rear end part of the handle shaft 33 and projected to the rear part of the attaching members 3 and 14; and a fastener 36 provided so as to be swung along the rear surface of the attaching members 3 and 14 and capable of being engaged with the hook 34.
