PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sewn thread and needle holes formed by a sewing machine needle for joining from being exposed from a seam part of a trim cover of a vehicle seat. SOLUTION: A plurality of trim cover pieces 3 and 4 are cut in specified shapes, and are joined by two upper threads 1A and 1B inserted into one needle of a sewing machine and by entwining them with a lower thread 2 so as to improve strength of sewing by the sewing machine in the seam parts of the trim cover pieces 3 and 4.
