PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that there is no tool for drying the wet hairs of a pet, for a household use. SOLUTION: This drying tool is formed by using a soft PVC type material as a material quality for a home use, and the drying is performed by using a household dryer and gloves having a good water absorption.
