PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the leaf or stem of a green soybean seedling is hooked on the mouth of a pot for guiding the seedling to a hole opener to interfere the dropping of the seedling into the hole-opener, when a largely grown seedling having an uneven size of the seedling from a reason on culture maintenance is transplanted in a field with the transplanter or when a picked seedling is withered until transplanting the seedling in a field. SOLUTION: This crop seedling transplanter which has a plurality of seedling-carrying pots revolved on a specific track and is operated to sequentially plant the seedlings fed to the seedling-carrying pots at specific intervals in line is characterized by detachably disposing guide members supported on pot base portions fixed to a turntable mount and used for changing the heights of the mouths of the seedling-carrying pots on the upper sides of the pot base portions.
