PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing terminal device or the like for electronic money, which is introducible and manageable at low cost.

SOLUTION: A program making a computer exhibit a function as a terminal processing an electronic money card is prepared and distributed to an affiliated store. The affiliated store installs it to a computer and uses as an affiliated store terminal. Since the computer of the installation destination may be a general-purpose computer such as a personal computer, the terminal setting burden on the affiliated store side and the terminal management burden on an electronic money center side can be significantly reduced. A terminal application is adapted to collect and store hardware information of a predetermined hardware installed to the computer of the installation destination at the time of installation. At the time of starting the affiliated terminal, the terminal application acquires hardware information from the hardware and compares it with the hardware information stored in the installation.
