<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system using a noncontact IC card for improving convenience compared with the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: This service providing system is provided with a noncontact IC card 1 having an IC in which card information is stored and a charge function for preliminarily charging deposit received, a card information management computer 3 which manages the information of the noncontact IC card 1 and a portable telephone 2 having a read/write means which reads and writes the card information of the noncontact IC card 1 and a card information processing means which processes the card information.
