摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the driveability and fuel economy of a system having a continuously variable transmission and an electronic throttle device. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU 46 sets the target primary rotational speed (target rotational speed on an input shaft 27 side) of the continuously variable transmission 26 according to a vehicle speed and an accelerator opening and the target throttle opening of a throttle valve 14 according to the vehicle speed and the accelerator opening to set a target primary rotational speed and the target throttle opening for each operating range in which the vehicle speed and the accelerator opening are used as parameters so that the driveability and the fuel economy according to the operating range can be realized. Thus, the target primary rotational speed and the target throttle opening with an emphasis placed on an output can be set in the operating range where an emphasis is placed on the output and, in the operating range where an emphasis is placed on fuel economy, the target primary rotational speed and the target throttle opening can be set with the emphasis placed on the fuel economy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
