<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient power outlet box installed in the wall of a building for supplying power source in which problems caused by the exposure of a plug outside the wall such as degradation in appearance and hazards like electric leakage, an electric shock, and a fire are settled, the inserting direction of a plug can be selected for installation, a plurality of plug insert holes can be formed in a plurality of surfaces of the power outlet box, and the same power outlet box can be usable from both surfaces of the wall by adjusting the depth of the power outlet box within a specified range. <P>SOLUTION: Openable and closable lids are provided on both front and rear surfaces of a power outlet box. A board for the power outlet is provided on one of four left, right, upper, and lower surfaces of the power outlet box or on a plurality of surfaces, thus allowing adjustment to the thickness of the wall for the same power outlet used from both surfaces of the wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
