<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that realizes application switching depending on a battery residual capacity in an information processing device, such as a cellular phone, for executing a continuously operated application for game or media reproduction, by introducing application operation succession information. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processing device that has battery residual capacity monitoring means, application storing means for storing a plurality of applications operable for the same purpose, application selection table storing means storing a table of the applications stored in the application storing means in association with battery residual capacity, and means for storing application operation succession information, and that operates the application continuously, when the battery residual capacity decreases, the operated application is switched to the application depending on the battery residual capacity, which can reduce the power consumption of the information processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
