<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the recording mode and stationary recording mode of a relative moving image due to TDI operation using a full frame transfer type CCD sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The full frame transfer type CCD sensor 14 is used and is equipped with a TDI recording mode for recording an impage relatively moved with respect to the CCD sensor by subjecting the CCD sensor to TDI operation and a stationary recording mode for recording an image relatively stopped with respect to the CCD sensor to select both recording modes. In the stationary recording mode, a charge transfer clock signal is stopped or the transfer cycle of the charge transfer clock signal is made longer than an exposure time in an exposure stage so as not to cause charge transfer during the exposure time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
