<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink composition for writing utensils of high commercial values, having unexpectedness because the handwriting obtained by writing on a writing face exhibits a general color or metallic glossy color depending on the color tone of the writing face even by using a usual dye or pigment. <P>SOLUTION: This ink composition for writing utensils comprises a solvent, a dye and/or a pigment as a colorant and a transparent metallic glossy pigment, where the maximum absorption wavelength of the dye and/or pigment exists in the range of the maximum transmission wavelength±30 nm of the transparent metallic glossy pigment in the visible light zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
