摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the position detecting accuracy of a magnetic field change detecting element and to reduce resistance in driving a movable part in an image blur correction device. SOLUTION: The image blur correction device is equipped with the movable part 30a having a permanent magnet for position detection 41a which detects a position by detecting a 1st detection position signal in a 1st direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the photographic lens of an imaging element and a 2nd detection position signal in a 2nd direction orthogonal to the optical axis and the 1st direction, and capable of moving in the 1st and the 2nd directions, and is equipped with a fixed part 30b for fixing a Hall element part 44b for the position detection in the 1st and the 2nd directions so as to be opposed to the magnet 41a, and a Hall element signal processing circuit for obtaining the 1st and the 2nd detection position signals by calculation where respective amplification factors are added to a potential difference between the output terminals of the Hall element part. Furthermore, the area of the fixed part 30b to which the Hall element part 44b is attached is composed of non-magnetic substance, whereby magnetic flux density between the magnet 41a and the Hall element part 44b is enhanced so as not to hinder the driving of the movable part 30a.
