PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a scanner compact, easily controlled and to give a wide angle projection. SOLUTION: A collimate lens 103 which transforms a laser beam 102 emitted from an optical fiber 101 into a parallel light beam 108 is provided, a circular disk 104 located on a propagation axis of the light beam 108 is provided, a plurality of micro mirrors 105 are arranged and formed on concentric circles on the surface of the disk 104, a rotational driving unit (not shown) which rotationally drives the disk 104 is provided, and a synchronization control unit (not shown) which performs the synchronization control of the rotational driving unit and a light source unit consisting of a light source and the optical fiber 101 or the like is provided.
