PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame case in which fixing and positioning of a liquid crystal display panel and components of a backlight unit is simply carried out and which fills requirement of repairing of the liquid crystal display panel and the components of the backlight unit. SOLUTION: On a first end wall 8 out of a pair of end walls 8, 9 constituting a recessed part 4 formed on the frame case 1, an opening part 10 to separate extending directions of the end wall 8 is formed. Spring members 11 which are respectively connected to and arranged at side end parts of the opening part of the end wall 8, separated with the opening part 10, in such a way that they are made to protrude in the recessed part 4, and which are in contact with a side face of the liquid crystal display panel 2 contained in the recessed part 4 and act so as to press the liquid crystal display panel 2 to the second end wall 9 side is formed.
