PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a radiographic photographic image which is not easily influenced by thickness distribution, without using a wedge for thickness compensation or a complex film photographing method in a radiation transmission test of a specimen having thickness distribution. SOLUTION: This radiation transmittance correction filter, formed from a radiation absorber 5 corresponding to the thickness distribution of the specimen 6, for compensating a transmission doze of the radiation and a substrate 4, is mounted on a radiation hole 3 of a radiation irradiation device 1. As for the radiation 8 radiated from a radiation source 2, the transmitted radiation doze through the specimen 6 is corrected by the radiation transmittance correction filter, and the exposure quantity on a film 7 is uniformized, to thereby acquire a radiographic photograph capable of inspecting a wide range of the specimen 6.
