PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile technology capable of performing electromagnetic field analysis highly accurately at suppressed calculation cost, by enabling more accurate expression of the shape (boundary) of an analysis object body (medium) existing in an analysis space without reducing the cell size. SOLUTION: Two center lines which are parallel lines to some one axis among coordinate axes, passing the center on the surface are taken into consideration on each surface constituting the cell. When one of the lines is intersected with the boundary, an orthogonal line passing the intersection point and orthogonal to the center line is approximated as a new boundary. When the boundary is intersected with the two center lines, each orthogonal line acquired relative to each center line is approximated as a new boundary respectively.
