PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive bulletproof structure with a high bulletproofing effect by using a versatile structural material, and not using a special bulletproof material (an impact absorbing protective material), and a bulletproofing construction method. SOLUTION: A bulletproof plate 1 is elastically supported along a surface or a rear face of a structural face K required to have the bulletproof structure such that it can move in a direction retreating from an expected impact direction. Or, the bulletproof plate 1 is held down by an elastic support spring 3 and elastically supported in a rear face side of the structural face K required to have the bulletproof structure. Or, a steel plate 1 is laid in the rear face side of the structural face K required to have the bulletproof structure such that it can move in the direction retreating from the expected impact direction.
